Not great but good enough

Beautiful day out on Brownlee reservoir yesterday. Just enough ramp left to launch but plenty of water to fish. Had the whole reservoir to ourselves. The fish are in the best shape of the year, thick and fat. It should be wide open catching but for some reason it's not. Hard to find concentrations of fish and tough to get them to bite. Lots of fat in them but empty bellies as mentioned in a recent post. The white Trout Magnet probably caught the most. Just a real enjoyable day on the water.
