Got a question for all the Crappie gurus and biologists out there . I took a friend fishing yesterday and saw nothing suspended . Most were on wood in 6' of water tight to cover and most on bottom . They were good fish and fat as pigs . They hit light for biggest part but had to hold it right in their face to entice a bite . Why would they all have empty stomachs ? Feeding at night and had digested it all or could just be resting without hunting food for some reason ? We kept 50 with biggest 1.75 lbs .
