Sorry I missed this years Expo. Looks Like it was as much fun as Last years, and that was excellent.
I hear tell it's supposed to be back in Branson for 2022. I'm glad, as Branson is right down the road, Ed need help next year, I should be available, GOD willing...Let me know.

folks love their crappie fishing and so many different types do it and so many ways of going about it. From the Tournament bigtimers to the little guy on the bank. Truly the universal type of fishing.

If I remember correctly, the top 25 from this event get an automatic bid for next year's tournament and the top 25 from the 3 major crappie trails get an invitation. Another thing Wally does that I think is really cool is he makes that body of water OFF LIMITS to all the competitors for a year leading up to the event! He also makes it a NO LIVE BAIT tournament and as a jig fishermen, I like that too! Mr. Crappie is definitely a 1st rate guy!

Top 25 from prior year already invited. There’s 2 qualifiers next year for 50 spots. One on texoma and one on the red river. Then there 25 sponsor exempt teams that can get in! Wally does it right! We’ve been to all 3 and made the stage on them all so far! After fishing D’Arbonne for the Crappie Masters national championship and then driving straight to Shreveport Sat night and starting on the river Sunday and fishing through Sat I’m still beat! Texas State Championship is the only one we got left this year thankfully! Made our Branson reservations today!! So awesome to see crappie fishing grow and be a part of it!!
