my 9 year old studied last week about 9/11 ,made some of the children cry .
I explained to her that in the USA we often forget how desperate and low some other countries and people will go .
I told her about pearl harbor and how we got hit in a similar fashion when we least expected it .
stay vigilant my friends ,there is an evil in this world that wants to destroy us on a daily level .

There are so many things I have forgotten in my life but I will never forget my 5th grade teacher crying when the news that JFK had passed was announced over the PA system.
9/11 was a day that I remember as clearly as if it were yesterday, such a sad day for Americans but also a time that made me proud to be an American!
