Too funny Jack! Oh, how much I can "resemble that remark"! Although we're a generation apart, we could have made a fortune investing in Pepto-Bismol stocks. Had we been together in school/life, we easily could have SCORED ($$$) thru other's SCORN! My 3rd grade nun, Sister Mary Immaculate(real name), chaperoned the idea of me needing to wait an 15 additional minutes after the other students left. It seems that Arlene D----s(even remember her name, naah not perverted, just blessed(?) w/long-term memory) complained about my bloodhound-tracking apprenticeship(Cupid's arrow).

Not hunting anyone. Mostly boredom at work. I found the idea of the thread both nostalgic and amusing. I have lived in 3 different regions and the sayings are all different depending on where you are located geographical. One of my coworkers said I know a bunch of old sayings. Then found it difficult to remember them on demand. I write down in a thread the ones I remember at the moment.

I had a good chuckle. In 47 years I have found it is so much more enjoyable to find humor than find a reason to be angry. Life is never really all that bad when you are laughing and smiling.
