Like fried onion? My wife's away vacationing so I'm cooking red neck farm boy style.
A little-lot of butter to get a nice brown on the onion slices and moved them to the edge of the pan, put in the thin slices of pheasant breast browned it, and the last five minutes mix it all together simmer on low.
And some raw fried taters on the side,seasoned everything with some Lawrys seasoned salt....Oh it was good The house does smell a bit like fried onions.lol
