Sea Ark Big Easy boats are nice but you are right about the price.
They are sure proud of them.
You can still find some deals if you have cash in hand and willing to travel.
Keep up the search and good luck.

This was for an Easy 200, the Big Easy's little brother. It has to be a misprint, same site has a Super Easy Lounge for 71K and it is a 26 footer. The Easy 200 is only 20ft, I think the Big Easy is either 24 or 26.
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
I get 6 miles to the gallon.
I aint got no good intentions.

SeaArk is one of those manufacturers that doesn't publish MSRP or have any type of "build and price" option on their website. I searched and searched trying to get an idea of what they go for to figure out it it would even be an option. I found a couple used 2017 and 2018 models with 150 horse outboards on the back priced in the 30's, the cheapest 2017 model I saw was around 32k and the most expensive 2018 model was around 39k. In both cases the posting was over 60 days old so who knows how long ago they were available at that price, but still I was thinking new one would probably be somewhere in the high 40s at most since depreciation does not seem to be a thing as far as used boat prices typically go. I mean, I often see used boats less than 5 years old listed at just a few thousand off what a new one would go for. Well boy was I wrong, I finally found a dealer that has some in stock and has the pricing on their website, they are asking 73k for a new one. A 20ft aluminum boat for 73k, the world has lost its mind.
Same boat I bought last year in Aug is sitting at the dealer right now. Mine was a 21 its a 22. Its $12k more than mine.

Plus have CASH in hand when you go to dicker as it makes a huge difference when you wave new $100 bills under your chin while your haggling with someone. buddy taught me that many years ago and I have bought some unreal bargains because of it. when they start to drool and stare at the cash, you have them.
You can definitely tell you & i haven't tried to deal. I don't care if they wave cash or not i either get my price or i sell it to somebody else.

it is a brave new world for sure , everything is price NOT to sell and still selling like hotcakes , no worries it will come to a screeching halt somewhere in the near future , the "bubble" will pop and all the kings men won't be able to put it back together again ....

Used prices have went up a lot for boats too.If you own a boat make sure your insurance is some what keeping up with price increases...Most Insurance company's don't keep up with true values on recreational toys.

Yep, recreational toys versus real needs and the fact that the new prices or price increase rates don't even cause a blink of an eye to many. The boat dealers won't refuse the money either!
