    Default Millennium Seat Cable

Any one know where to order the cables for Millennium seats? I’m looking for the small cables that replace the nylon straps. I have attached a pic showing the cables I’m looking for.

    Thanks for your help,
    Richard

Had not seen the cables but those look slick. Podunkideas.com (Rickie on the board) makes an aluminum bracket with a slide that does the same thing. Have had them on my seats and love them. Wish millennium would change the long straps to either of these as the straps are in the way for me IMO.

I agree. This evidently is a new camo seat they’ve started making. I want some cables like these to swap out the long straps.

Dang I wish I had known this was possible. That's absolutely the only reason I didn't put one one my boat when I ordered a new seat a month ago!

Wonder about the life cycles of the cable. Most likely would need to be stainless cable to help alleviate rusting issues.

They look like vinyl coated control cables (1/4" ?) with crimped on ends. Those ends will wallow out (in about 10 yeas) before those cable break.

I put Rickies product on my Millenium seats a few years ago...They work great, I like them. Click here da chair holdit - Podunk (po dungk) A small isolated town, region, or place that is regarded as unimportant. . . .
