Good for your body and mind . The fresh air is wonderful . The flora and fauna you might encounter are worth the hike as well .
And if one takes a friend that has a small box of nerds , they should have the energy to traverse to the terrain quite easily .
Now of course if there is a happy ending to a hike it is typically the crappie thumping the jigs at the spot you intended to hike into .
So remember this , if the deer walk the path you take and the terrain is somewhat of a challenge you might be on the right path .
and in the end up under my hoody ...
the words on my ballcap say ....
KABOOM
the crappie were parked on the bottom under a sea of waves and birds and dying shad in 16 foot of water with a water temp. of 55 and an outside temp of 47 and the north wind whipping and wanted a shad colored bait ,just in case you wondered .
