Check out a 6 foot Wally Marshal model. Has the backbone of the sharpshooter but a little softer tip. I love mine.
i currently have the B&M sharpshooter 6ft rod, i find it just a little stiff at the tip area. been thinking of ordering the Lelands TCB rod, is this rod a little softer than the sharpshooter, if not any suggestions what i am looking for.

Try Southern Crappie Rods. I was at the shop yesterday and was checking out his custom made dock shooters and his six foot rods. I actually bought the six foot to send to my dad down in GA.

I’m wanting a 7’ rod but he said shipping was bad for that size and best to pick it up. Don’t have a clue when I will be able to get down there. Maybe over Christmas holidays hopefully. Be good to check out his shop too.
Not familiar with the Sharp Shooter. Here is a review I did of the TCB rod. It is a great rod for the money.

I use the Lelands TCB rod . Very nice rod, never used a Sharp Shooter rod.
I have both the Sharpshooter and the TCB rods. The TCB is quite a bit softer than the Sharpshooter. In my opinion!
I will take either.

I have and use both rods. I love the Leland trout rod for casting as it will sling jigs a mile. Love the sixshooter for dock shooting and jigging. Both are great rods and worthy of being in ones arsenal.
