I field tested them when they first came out. I’m not much into trolling but I trolled with them and caught a lot of crappie. The good thing about them is the blade doesn’t need much speed at all to turn. The cupped head on them allows you to go pretty slow. I had a bunch of preproduction ones and I had some with a #6 hook on them. I’m a bluegill nut and bluegill would kill the 1/32 Fin Spin. I used some of the heavier ones dressed with a Slab Curly to troll below Center Hill Dam. Caught a lot of 14-15 inch black nose with that setup. These were all on the Fin Spin dressed with a Midnight Blue Slab Curly.
