    Default Sienna 500 reel


    Received a Sienna 500 reel yesterday. I have never had a reel with such a angled flange on the spool.
    Wanted to ask how full to fill the spool. Even with the start of the angle, or 1/8 inch from the edge?

    I would say just fill within 1/8” of the spool edge.

    I fish those reels just keep it off the angle. That angle sure helps stop it from fluttering.
