nice fish
Finally caught more than a few, they were still very picky and would just put it in their mouth for a split second, but I fooled 13 of them. 126 to go for the year to make my goal.

nice fish
We’re at that time of the year when the bite gets tougher, at least here in the NE. Good luck with your goal. I think I’m going to have to change my hours to mid day + real soon. We have had two very cool nights and on a shallow warm water stream makes a difference.

Great Job! Hopefully you are far away from the disastrous wildfires affecting your fellow Californians. Prayers for those involved!

Congrats on getting them figured out a bit and getting some nice fish. Glad the wild fires aren't affecting you and your able to fish. Don't know too much about the northern part up there, but spent 90% of my growing years down in the low and high deserts out their. Dad retired from El Toro in '70 and moved us up to Barstow and went to work for the Marines up their.

It is a huge state with problems and blessings, I have been here almost my whole life, lots of people leaving for greener pastures, but we will stick it out, I am blessed to be very close to this great lake and am able to fish even from my boat when I only have two hours time available.
