This is how I arrived at the 5amp draw of Livescope:
To calculate the amperage draw of a chartplotter or other components, take the maximum wattage (found in the devices installation manual) and divide that by the voltage of the connected battery.
The unit says it draws a max 58 Watts.
58 divided by 12 = 4.83
(but I've also read that the average draw is closer to 2a/hr and the ~ 5a/hr draw is with everything "maxed out", whatever that means. It comes equipped with a 7.5a fuse, so there could be something to the "max" draw of nearly 5a/hr)
In any case, my 68ah AGM will likely handle a couple of trips before needing a charge (even if other equipment is also being run off of it).

Any day I'm fishing is a good day, regardless of what I catch.

I would buy a better cranking battery and connect both GLS and screens. Nice to have it charge while you motor to next spot. I keep a $60 jump starter (NOCO) and jumper cables in case I drain it. Never had needed either.

I put a battery up front in one of my storage boxes for the Livescope system. Nothing else hooked to it. It is a 29 series AGM and I can run 2 full days (10-12 hour days) on one charge. I don't do that, but I tested it to see what I had at one point. I charge mine every day when I park the boat.
I ran separate a separate battery as I didn't want anything else on my cranking battery. Works fine for me.
Don't have livescope, but Amped Outdoors lithium battery is supposed to be the way to go according to Matt on Wired for Crappie. I suggest you go to YouTube & watch any of his recent live shows. He has talked about them on the last 3 shows.
I recently added a 24 group agm deep cycle to run my electronics , I am running 12 garmin, an 12 and a 9 in Lowrance ,
and a pro air pump to the livewell.
Before the addition , towards the end of the day , all the graphs would blink and sometimes shutdown when starting the
big motor.
