So who takes over in the slide show department while you are off chasing some other fish?????
Good luck, and thanks for the entertainment.
Well now that it's walleye season I'll be leaving those poor crappies & gills to recouperate.
So I'll not be coming here to talk with you fine folks and sharing those posts of how the fishing is going up here in da nort country,eh.
We will be back to crappies after 1st ice which is around thanksgiving.
So thanks again for your comments and sharing your stories of your fishing trips.
They were fun to read and I did pick up a few tips in tying too so I feel like Crappie.com was a help to me.
I will stop back from time to time to review your posts and
Thanks again & enjoy your summer!

How's the taste of walleye compare to crappie? I've heard it's pretty good but have never tried it.

I would have to say that walleye is better eats than crappie. :DOriginally Posted by TapOut64
If I could eat any freshwater fish, it would be walleye then crappies/gillsperch then catfish and all other's (stripers and pike) (trout are tasty too.)
CK, yea, you can still show off some of those toothies and wallies. :D
And thank you.

ok then,
Walleyes are good ,but a crappie out of cold water is the best in my book.Even eyes can get a little muddy tasting.
Went out tonight what a way to relax after my dog at 50$ in Kiptails.
Can't tie ,might as well fish.
They are still coming. Not very big ,but they are eatin up just fine.
When the smoke cleared tonight I had 27 waypoints marked for each eye caught.
Plastics are really putting them in the bag.
Keep up the walleye posting. I love it. Here we fish for there cousins the sauger in the winter time.
