Alberto/Albright knot. It's all I use for braid to mono/flouro.
The FG knot is best but it is a real pain to tie.
I have very, very seldom broken my leader knot. That may just mean that I suck at tying on jigs, but it works for me.
Dang it, this light line is killin' me! I used a double uni to splice a 4 lb fluoro leader to 10 lb braid, thought it was foolproof but hung up and the fluoro broke at the uni, it was a pretty hard pull and I'm not used to the 4 lb line yet but didn't think it shoulda broke. But the good news is my knot at the jig held.
Disclaimer .... I've used nothing but heavy fluoro and braid for years and it's possible I just didn't tie a clean knot, but is there something better than the double uni?

Just curious, what Panfish are you targeting with 10lb braid and 4lb fluorocarbon? For the knot you mention, try the 3 turn surgeons knot, Randy (Alphahawk) uses it and does well with it, see his beastly drum video (Trout Magnet Man). I use a similar knot with 3lb braid that is the diameter of a human hair and 3lb FC, it is tied by Scott Bunch, a member here, and can be found on the Crappie Magnet Facebook page. He uses it with Gliss, a very slick braid and FC.

Per Alphahawk's recommendation, I tried the 3 turn surgeon's knot on a 4 lb flouro and braid combo that I could not get other knots to hold. The braid is coated in Teflon, thus very slick.
The 3 turn surgeon's knot tied carefully so as not to overlap each turn did the trick.

Thanks y'all. I tied the Alberto and threw off the boat dock into the water willow and it held well, and I realize new knots take practice but it's a booger for my old eyes to tie. I'll try the triple surgeon tomorrow and see how it works, looks like it'd be easier to tie.
