Default GPS trolling motor or power pole

What are the pros and cons of each?

I'd say trolling motor, they can be used anywhere, a power pole can only be used in shallower water 12' or less JMO.

I have to vote trolling motor. I got a terrova last year and it is a game changer, we fished yesterday in the wind and my buddy said that he wouldn’t have even tried to fish anymore if he had been in his boat he’d have went home.

Thanks guys, definitely the feedback I was looking for. I’m on the market for a boat and trying to pinpoint exactly what I want.
