Insert Image from PC not working

After I click on insert image I click browser button and add the photo in the box but there is no button to complete. All there is is the "x" in top right corner. I'm wondering if its because I use IE, lots of site are making it so IE does not work well. I refuse to use chrome or foxfire and I don't like Edge but maybe I'll try it.

Edited: tried Edge and still can't add photo so its not IE.

underneath choose file button click "upload file"

Did you click... (from URL ) ? That will give you the box to paste your image address into.
