Well, being slow but always know I can contact someone to help I finally found the B&M stick on Grizzly Jigs website. I thought someone was phishing (smile) the rod location and about wore out the B&M website looking for it. Had to contact the man himself, Slab, who graciously and without making me feel bad pointed out the exact location. Good news is it is ordered and already shipped. Looking forward to trying a new rod. Now, where did I leave those fish...

Slab LIKED above post
I've been using 12 ft and 14 ft trolling rods with live scope but with larger crappie have to use net.
The stick sounds like what I need.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
What I don't get is building a 13 ft rod and putting the reel seat a foot and a half from the end. Seems like a 12 footer with a rear seat would have as much usable length. Sliding rings let you put it where it fits best.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.
