Not a single selfie?
1 . try to ketch a big crappie , makes you look thinner everytime
2. if you cant ketch a big crappie ,hold it closer to the camera
3. anything that could give up the actual size of the fish should not be in the frame
4. smile if you can unless of course the hook sticks you and you are in pain
5. take 2 or 3 shots as maybe one will be ok
6. use colorful jigs and clothes that possibly don't match, to get lots of contrast
7. try to face the light source unless you like the shadow effect
8. never ever take it serious as it for sure shows in the image
9. NO blood or abused fish in the shot as its disrespectful to the quarry
10 .and most important of all …...try it , you might like it
p.s. if you win a KABOOM ballcap and get to wear one , it will likely make the photo shoot even better

Looking back, I don’t have a lot of selfie with crappie, mostly bass, don’t know why.
One thing, I can tell you, you will have to learn how to take selfie with those Asian. They can make small fish look really big. They know how to hide their hands or fingers and use fisheye lens.

I can't do selfies. My hands shake like a dog passing peach seeds.
