Unexpected Catches 2?

Way to hang with that big blue brother. You're right, it is amazing that a big fish will hit such a small bait. I've tangled with many (unwanted) big catfish, jacks and largemouth bass on small baits while crappie fishing (usually minnows).
I don't mind too much... especially since the fight is so much fun. Several times however I was spider rigging... and they'd usually make a mess of every line I had in the water,,, which of course is not so fun.
Thanks for sharing your latest unexpected catch with the rest of us.

No doubt a lot of fun.... It's a totally different ball game when spidering and hook up with a big fish it could end up taking an hour getting things back in order....LOL
I've ran into a school of sand bass and had the 4 rods I use when spidering fold over and it's not pretty.....
