Default Blackbirds spawning in the dead of night

spread your pretty lips at very first light ….
I been impatiently waiting for this moment to arrive
They were not on beds last week in the jungle .
They were set up on those jungle beds yesterday morning though .
Seems all our local crappie both Black and White decided on March 1 its time to dance
Some are dressed a bit for the prom and some not so much .
right tight to the bank and in typical spawn fashion were the fights .
no lethargic crappie right now for sure .
got my line broke once .
lost a real nice one trying to get it over the tall grass .
the lil orange twin tail was deadly and I kinda knew in advance it would be .
one thing for certain ,its a challenge to cast into the jungle and take out a not so happy about it fish
in the end is it true you ask ….
YES it is ...KABOOM is the word

Nice to see those dark colored fish. Spawn is still a couple of months away here. Can't wait.

Going to search tomorrow. Big storm and lots of rain passing through today. Not sure of the effect but going anyway.
