Thank you "D", Looks like it MIGHT be a while now. Momma wants some bills eliminated, and I need to get this place ready to Sell. Just have to see how it goes...I will keep ya'all informed...

one thing for sure , rust never sleeps in most places ….but it rests a lot out there …..just saying

Trying real hard to convince her to stay here and go visit every couple of months. Everything is doubled, almost triple what it is here...We will talk more about that this week-end when she's home...But your right, too dry most of the time for rust...
