    Default Telescopic rod rec

I am looking for a decent telescopic rod that I can fit into the saddle bag of my motorcycle so I can hit various creeks and ponds while I am out adventuring. My experience with telescopic rods has not been great. I have tried 3 rods in the past and had similar experiences with all of them… very stiff, not much feel, and they would not stay extended. By that I mean they kept collapsing back on themselves.
Now here is the hard part… to fit in the saddlebag, it can only be a max of 21 inches long… hopefully somebody has had a better experience with these than I have had and can show me the way. Thanks y’all! As always, Crappie.com is the best!!

With guides and a reel seat … or without?

If “without”, tenkara would be perfect.

    If not, see here: https://www.crappie.com/crappie/all-...g-ultralights/

That's a great thread! What's absolutely hilarious about this, is that I forgot I posted it in the ultralight section too. Just found my own post with some replies to look into! Hope that helps the OP of this post too!
