Default scientific name is >>>> Pomoxis Attractus

I decided to change the scientific name on crappie to cover all of them .
black or white or somewhere in between ,mohawk or not they all now fall under one name scientifically speaking as far as I am concerned
there is no doubt they are attractive and to be sure fun to ketch and consume .
Yesterday I stopped by a couple of spots and to be sure it was a tough day early on . not many and not much size to them .
I returned to one of the spots about lunch and sure enough just like it often happens it was on like donkey kong in the same spot I struggled to ketch 15 or so in and hour and half 3 hours before that .
So because they are not there and or not biting keep this in mind . they are eating machines and what triggers them to go on the feed is a mystery to me in many cases.
I was sure it would be a hammer festival early and was totally wrong and thought it would be really slow when I stopped back in when the sun was straight up .
Such are these attractive little fisheez and yes I helped a lady load her basket plum full of them my second stop .
She was complaining the basket was heavy and it was going to be a chore to clean all of them .
    I was like AND ?
