New to me line - Gliss

Figuring that I would throw away more money than the price of this line, I gave it a shot. It had a tail hanging out of the package and for 8lb, it felt very small and flexible for its stated size. My question is; who can tell me what about it. It’s new to me and I’ve heard a bit about polyethylene and dyneema, but I’m basically uneducated in most of it. Thanks in advance, Skeet
