Going to buy between 2 and 4 reels and getting them all the same (same size, capacity, parts if ever needed) sounds better than the mixed assortment of super cheapie reels I use now.

Come on now, post up your recommendations. I'm thinking something like $20 to $25 per reel, but I'll pay less if I have to!
If you like ultra lite, which I do for bluegill and crappie, especially bluegill you could try South Bend Microlite Ultralight Spinning Reels.

You can get them for $9.50 each +shipping in a case of 5 at REEL - South Bend Microlite Ultralight Spinning Reel .

You can't beat the Shakespeare reels for spider rigging that Snubby recommends, in my opinion.
