Come to Grenada in the spring. I saw one weighed at a tourny that went 3:93 lbs. They had 17 weighed in over 3 lbs that day.

I want to but I don’t think I’ll be able to make it till summer time. It’s only about 6 hours from where I live

Well I didn't catch it but my GF did. We made our first trip to Crankfest last year on Enid Lake in Miss. What made me just as happy was the bait she caught it on was the Hot Pink C55 with an Orange belly that I painted.

I caught one under a float about 2 foot deep one time and it came off in shallow water and the raccoon in me pounced on it and grabbed it before it could get away ….
I knew it was worth getting wet for as it was coming in to me and kept hoping it would make it to the bank …..
I do have one witness to that episode as well ….lol
