That would be sumpthing to meet him. Alas I don't think he'll be coming here, and I don't see me going their anytime soon, so I'll just keep watching his videos...they are very good.
Richard was probably so flabbergasted, at meeting Fur, he just forgot to ask for your photo!

I like watching his videos.
I like watching his videos. i do believe his channel is the most informative with his tips and techniques he is using
He is a local celebrity among the bank dwellers here on Guntersville. There can be 8 people under a bridge, one starts talking about Richard Gene, and everybody starts talking about him. I've never met the man but the ones that claim to have say that he is like that all the time. They say he isn't putting on a show and really does like fishing that much.
As Richard States in his videos he has good and bad fishing days. I like his equipment a 14 foot and a 16 foot aluminum boat $200 fishfinder $300 trolling motor it's time to fish!

I also enjoy watching Richard's videos, and believe his are the best on YouTube. His tips and techniques have put plenty of fish on the end of my line this year.
I love his videos; I've been a subscriber a long time. He definitely kindled an interest in crappie fishing in me.
And I have a boat like his ordered, will be here first week in Dec! A 1756 Alweld Marsh VV. Up 'till now I've been fishing in a kayak only, and this will be my first real fishing boat.
His videos are something else for sure, a nice change of pace from the typical bass fishers on Youtube that show off their boats and pitch Senkos all day. Just an old guy catchin' fish, like grampa did.
Would love to meet him someday, but it's a bit of a drive.
