Also the Pro Qualifier bibs have leg openings to the hip and a front zipper that can be opened from the bottom.

Question on the BPS Pro Qualifiers, hope you don't mind Tman. I've been looking at getting the parka and bibs, I normally wear a 3XL Tall. That is the biggest size they offer, I was hoping to have room to layer underneath and still have a little room, was thinking a 4XL. Do they fit a little bigger or would a 3XL be to snug to put layers on underneath comfortably?
You shouldn't have issues with layering. One recommendation: go and try a bunch on. It is a big investment and one I wouldn't want to be unhappy with.
Money wasn't an issue for me so I tried them all. I didn't like the fit of the Cabelas brand Gore Tex, and the 100mph I didn't like either. I purchased the Pro Qualifier because it fit the best based on what I like. Since that time I've sold 3 other friends and family on that suit. I've fished it down to 28 degrees and 6 hours of pouring rain. I've taken a 7 foot rouge wave over the back of the boat that hit me hip high and remained dry. All of my testing has been done in extreme great lakes walleye tournament fishing.
Only negative is the cuffs! Many complaints and I don't like them either. They are much to tight and not needed. I took mine to a seamstress for removal. These are interior cuffs, not the exterior gore tex.
I have the pro qualifier from basspro,it will keep you dry

Im thinking the Frogg Toggs would be all thats needed for here in Florida.
Hardly ever rains all day, and never really gets very cold, at least where I live.
An old sweat suit pants and sweat shirt and a space blanket in the emergency kit is probably a good idea.
Most important here is extra drinking water.
I have 2 sets this time of the year I have a set of Huk. they are great about keeping the weather out with me layering up as needed. I have some set that I can't remember there name that floats and and insulated and are very warm in the cold rainy elements that winter put on us
All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.
