I have one on my H20B Xpress and like it a lot. Not many lakes around Central AR that have good docks so lots of beaching your boat. Saves a whole lot of scratches

Called the Keel Guard Co. and they told me that they would not stay on an aluminum boat and that any warranty for staying put
would have to come from the dealer. If someone could figure a way to make it work, they could sell a lot of them. If installed
correctly on fiber glass they will stay.
Tell'em I'll be there.
I have one still im the package I need to put on. The dealer said that to make it stay properly on a fiberglass boat there could be no air bubbles under it. A friend of mine has one on his deck boat and loves it.

I had a keel shield on my old tracker and it worked fine. I had it on mine for 6 years before selling the boat.

I have installed 2 of these. The first one was on my 21ft nitro glass boat. I followed the instructions to the letter, and was done in less than hour. At 70mph it never moved, beached that boat a bunch and worked like a champ.
2nd one I installed this spring on my new aluminum Ranger. Again, I followed all the instructions with extra care for additional tape in some locations to protect from over scrubbing. Again, I was done with the installation in less than hour. Just beached it twice at Grenada last weekend, no problems.
Neighbor had one his previous aluminum boat that they bought 12 years ago, and sold it last year with the original keel guard still on it. He also installed another one on his 2017 Express, and still no issues.
If installed correctly they will not come off.

I guessing I call them to see what they say to me about if it will or not work. I glad some of you have had good luck with them

Mine is the Keel Shield brand made by gator guard. They have the specific model aluminum boats listed they will work on. My Xpress has a smooth bottom without ribs for most of the way back from the nose just like a bass boat. Any aluminum boat similar to that they will work just fine
