Am I missing something when I go to that site? They appear to be the same price as what Bass Pro advertises, and I'm guessing that is msrp

    Default Trolling Motor

I found a DEAL on a factory refurbished riptide ulterra 80# 54” shaft with Ipilot. $1,483.99 with free shipping. The web site is
mk.factoryoutletstore.com. Havent bought it yet because when something seems too good to be true....

Anybody buy stuff from them? A good deal isnt a deal if it comes with headaches and issues.

I ordered mine in February. I also ordered a 2018 map card from them in April because it had been the better price I found. Sorry, things change over time I guess...

I thought they might be one of those places that you have to call to get their price. Some mfgs don't let their dealers adv less than msrp.

Finally ordered a TM. Decisions Decisions. Almost got the Ulterra but after reading abt a million reviews, I got a Riptide Terrova 80/60 with ipilot link. While I’m not planning to fish saltwater, it matched my white boat better and the added protection might make it last longer. I really was attracted to the auto stow/deploy, but had concerns abt the possibility of malfuntion from all the reviews. I considered getting the 112# thrust but would have to add another battery in an already cramped space and upgrade chargers before I could even use it. Figured that would be more expensive than the ethernet hub and cables to connect my sonars. Even if its not more money, I dont have to link them right away and can still use the ipilot to operate the TM. Cant wait to install and try it out. Also ordered some Hi tech rod holders and a sonar mount. Hopefully will soon have my new to me boat ready to fish.

You’ll love the RipTide. One of my 2 remote steer TMs is a RipTide. I put probably over a thousand hours on it before I set up up for a spare. Zero issues. I use a MinnKota slide mount so I can swap motors in seconds.

Man I just got the ultrex minnkota and boy that thang is sweet. You can lift and lower it with easy. I-Pilot and the smoothest footcontrol I’ve ever tried.
