I wan to give a shout out to the good folks at Jenko Fishing. I had purchased a Kevin Rogers signature rod at the Grizzly Jig show back in January. Alas, the second time I went to use it, the tip half was broken. I emailed the company and they informed me I could purchase a replacement tip at a very reasonable price. Long story made short, somehow thru my own fault, I ordered the wrong rod tip. Bummer. So I called and talked to a customer service rep; he sent me the correct tip at no cost, and I will return the incorrect one next January at the Grizzly show! WOW-talk about great customer service-I am one happy guy! Thank you Jenko folks!
