The fish smell is the biggest reason I bought one. The next morning after a fish fry the house smelled bad, not so with air fryer, also no grease, that alone helps with health problems. Taste is the same, except no soggy grease.

We did baked potatoes in ours again. Best I’ve ever had cooked at home. Large potatoes scrubbed, rolled in coarse salt and cooked 40 minutes @390.

Bet this is a 1st here: I finished off the last of a timber rattlesnake in the Go WISE USA 3.7 qt cooker we have. I marinated the 4 pieces in Italian dressing then 15 minutes at 350, turned pieces over then 10 more minutes at 350. I failed to get pics before Vicki and I tore into the snake. I did get the end results. Name: IMG_1518402245.156451.jpg

I think most of the better units come with cookbooks. Ours came with 3 and they are very helpful.

Cook books kinda suck no matter how much your paying for a air fryer. If you just do a google search like “ how to air fryer fish”. You will get lots of recipes to pick from. Works for anything. How to cook a pizza in air fryer and you get tons with pics and the how too for example. Me and the wife print them out and put into a folder then tweak them to our preference of how to fry this and that. Try it. Something we might start and there has been quite a few postings is a posting on air fryer recipes for anything ya is fixin and chowing down on. Keep this thread going with your favorite recipes for anything your frying and we will have our own recipes to print out.

We purchased yesterday a power air fryer sold on TV. I didn`t push how much it cost as the wife used her credit card, but I think it only cost 99.95 with free shipping, but they were claiming it cost 100.00 more elsewhere Came with 3 wire shelves, basket, cook book, and some others I can't remember. I'll report back when received and had a chance to eat some results. Pop

The Big Boss fryer is the bomb. I use it to cook biscuits along with nearly anything I would normally fry or bake. Thanks for turning me on to it.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
