You guys are spoiled. Where I live, we hope for more ice!

Yeah, but we don't get "safe ice" around here .... just enough ice on the water and ramps to make it unsafe and miserable to even try to get on the lakes. And that's not every year, either ... this year has been much colder & for longer than normal.

i don’t mind our weather in Indiana, but when it’s sub zero and the constant wind of more than 10mph you can have the ice fishing. I give it all to you.

Miserable here in Central Texas but in 60’s next week. Water temp holding at 52 degrees. Crappie herded up in droves (Texas talk) chasing shad that are herded up in droves. EeeeeHahhhh.
