we use Berkley gulp brand crappie nibbles fairly often , many spots you can just drive on by if you don't have them and that is a FACT !
we have thoroughly tested different nibbles over the years and to be sure they can make a huge difference . this said unless you are wanting to ketch bream spend the extra dollar on the REAL DEAL , the magic bait version is less bright color wise and for whatever reason , probably the formula because it smells lots less shrimpy , its only good in my opinion for ketchn bluegill .....
trust me on this one ...

do you use a wide variety of colors and sparkle ? I tend to do better in clear water with them . I have pink, white ,. chartreuse . I tend not to use unless things are tough . Probably a mistake on my part .

I fish mainly marabous and live bait lately.
I used to fish plastics but got out of the habit.
I may throw a few this spring but the marabou put fish in the bucket.
So it'll be hard to switch.

I personally do not like the big bite products jigs included.... Berkley Crappie Nibbles for me....I buy them by the case..... Color? I prefer the chartreuse but the die I'd be hard to clean on my boat so I only use the white ones just because they don't stain my boat.....

I have chartreuse streaks all over my boat carpet.I do my best a few times a year to get them out,but they don't come out very well.I'm a believer in the Crappie nibbles so the mess is just part of it I guess.

I was talking to an old sea salt this past trout season,I had no problem telling what flavor of power bait he was using, his fingers were covered with at least two different flavores ,and all around his mouth.Im supposing he was just wiping his hands around his nose and mouth.......or he was taste testing, either way he was a mess.

I had to quit using the sparkle nibbles. I and my truck were always glittering. Wife thought I was at a strip club instead of fishing!
