I am thankful everyday for my Vietnam forefathers.

The sacrifices they made both on the battlefield and when they returned home have helped pave the way for how service members are treated today.

They did not get the homecoming they deserved. The way our service members are treated now is a direct result of the crap they faced returning home. These celebrations are for you too!

Without these guys, our current service members would have zero to fall back on. When they first came home, scared physically and emotionally, it was the Vietnam vet that stepped out of the shadows and helped guide them.

The sacrifices you made all these years at home are now the ultimate remedy. Without you and the things you have gone through after coming home, our current brothers and sisters would be lost.

You are just now getting to see the reward for the sacrifices over 40 years ago. Thank you for being there for me and my buddies!
