what fillet knife do use use?

I ordered one, they took the money outa the account, but no knife.....They say they had to backorder the knife...That's been almost a month ago....I guess that money is gone....I'm PO'ed....DemoMan

I was using an american angler electric but did not like it. I had used a regular electric carving knife before that and it worked great so I went to walmart and bought a 9 dollar carving knife and it is much better than the actual fillet knife.
