    I first heard of fish decoys years ago in Outdoor Life or somesuch magazine.
    Seems the Native Americans discovered that some fish like to school so they made decoys to bring the fish to them and their spears and bone hooks. Those old relics are very valuable and rare.
    I hope that the bluegill camera on my Aqua Vu brings the schools of crappie in to me too!
    I have a jig with a face like this!:eek:

    It still seems to be very big. World Wide compitions are held for Carvers. We are fourtunate to be able to offer some of these.

    I see alot of these for sale here in Minnesota,and YES....they can be quite spendy...yet affordable,when you find them in thrift stores,and noone knows the value.They are actually quite common here in Minnesnowta:D

    you do live in the land of 10,000 lakes!!! Can't wait to get up there this year for some Walleye. I started a small collection. Made a deal with artists that I really like, now I thought I would try to sell a few for them. You don't need 100 of them one or two really enhanced my office. They are awsome.
