I bought a 96 Yamaha 75hp off a friend's Express tin boat that got t-boned when a lady ran a stop sign. The only thing not destroyed was the 75 (non-oil injected). It gave me 20 years of bullet-proof service and is still going strong for the guy I sold the rig to. The only thing I ever had an issue with was one carb being a little slow to perform when it had been setting up. I started running Stabil and Seafoam in my fuel and that issue went away.

I hope you have many years of great service.

When I was shopping for my new rig, it came down to Yamaha and Suzuki. I bought the Suzuki because Yamaha didn't build a 140hp. My 1st Yamaha was bought in 1984 and was the 1st one I ever saw on KY lake.

I think envy is supposed to be a sin but I sure do envy the fishery you folks have up there. Some of the nicest fish I get to see each season. I had no idea you had redears like that.
