I started using Weedless and regular Tungsten jig heads...they cost more but I feel they are worth the extra price. They are way smaller, and I "feel" them even better.

Agreed - unpainted - preferred. If I want a small bit of flash, I file off a bit of lead on either side in the form of a shiny dot. Could help get their attention but not really necessary most of the time.
