They are definitely not too limber. Same action
I wanted to ask if the 8' model has the same action as the 12'and the 16' models ?
I have 16's and 12's and wanted to add 8's to my set-up, what's a good substitute if the 8 pst is to limber
These rods do all my different techniques, cranking, spider rigging and long lining
as always thank you all
They are definitely not too limber. Same action
I do almost everything with the BGJP's but they're too limber for pushing with more than 1/2oz or so. The PST's would probably do well in the 8' model. The new 8' BGJP is more limber than the older models that I have. Short rods that are too stiff cost me fish if the drag is too tight.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
I use and sell all the PST lengths-8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20ft. All have the same action!
