Cane Pole, you ARE da-man!!
Ran into a few problems with original drain screen. Thanks to the chat room (especially Anchor Puller) I came up with this rig. It is a modified cup scrubber. Works fine. Cheap too.
Built my own timers for water circulation. Cheapest ones I could find on the internet were 30 bucks. My cost was $0.00 for the ones I built (I already had the parts). If they break, I can fix them. I placed the circuit in a piece of pvc and sealed it with marine sealant to water proof the circuit.
Thanks for all the input. I will find out how it really performs when the warm weather returns.

Hey Tom:
Looks GOOD! Does your pot scrubber/filter go all the way down to the bottom of the bait tank - can't tell from the picture? If not you may want to shorten the PVC pipe it's on so the foam is snug against the bottom so them pesky minners can't hide under it when you're trying to catch the suckers.
Man, that is great...I wish I had half your skills.
