Tom I guess your minner bucket feeder is about the only invention you ever had a poor ole dumb guy from Arkisaw could possibly re-create.

    Works like a charm though.

The following are instructions if anyone wonders what in the sam hill I am talking about

Yep. Bucket in a bucket. 5 gal Bucket and inside part of an "OL PAL" plastic minnow bucket. I cut the lid of the 5 gal bucket so the minnow bucket could be secured to the lid.
I drilled about a dozen 1/2 inch holes in the minnow bucket. Next I put about 3 inches of quickcrete in the 5 gal bucket to weight it down. I then drilled about a dozen 1 inch holes in the 5 gal bucket. I fill the minnow bucket with "Ol Roy" dog food (then hang it on my boat dock). Been doing this for years. Minnows swim into the 5 gal bucket (1 inch holes) and feed on the doggie food. Big fish can't get to 'em inside the bucket. It works. I catch crappie almost year round at my boat dock doing this. Catfish have never moved in here and dominated my boat dock area. Catfish and crappie co-habitate. I have caught catfish on crappie beds that don't have feeders many times.

I don't think you could ever sell this contraption by mail order. The bottom two pictures looks like something the Mad Bomber would put in his boss's mailbox.
