Nice jigs skip, i'm working on some new ones myself. Looks great!!!
Just sitting around today with noting to do so I thought I would tie my neighbor a few for watching my dogs wile we were gone to Brooke Army Medical Center. This is just a few of the ones I am tying for his surprise. Now he will be ready for spring time crappie.
These are 1/16 oz. on the first one & 1/32 oz. on the next 2.
This one below is 1/8 for his Bass fishing and one of the best bass baits after a cold front used with an added short worm tail.

Good to see your jigs comin again skip. Nice ones.
Good things come to those who bait.
good looking jigs, Skip.
What kind of feed back you getting on those sickle hooks?
Willsjwills I have got only good feedback from the hooks. I really like them a lot more than Eagle claw or Mustad for sure. They are really sharp and tend to stick them good. I like them so much I pay about 3 cents more per jig over Eagle Claw hooks when buying in quantity.
The only hooks I like better are Gamakatsu and they are to costly. I use to sell Gamakatsu as a wholesaler to some stores and marinas back about 10 years ago. There is no hook sharper and they stay sharp. I have never had to sharpen a Gamakatsu.
I have not tried them yet but I think the VMC Barbarian should be a great jig hook too is they come in the right sizes.
Thanks for the complements guys!

Those are beauties. You got any online links that can teach the rest of us to tie like that?
