Hi Folks,
Looking for hooks somewhat thinner (smaller diameter) than what Eagle Claw, and others generally
term "Light Wire Hooks".
Perhaps "Ultra Light" Wire Hooks is the correct term ?
Size would be 1 or 1/0. Regular Aberdeen, or even better would be a "Long Shank Aberdeen"
Don't need a lot; a dozen or two would take me to the season's end.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks, as always,
Bob

Are you talking jigs or straight shank wire hooks
Eagle Claw and Mustad makes a "litewire Hook" with the 90 degree turn.......been pouring them for many years. As far as a straight shank hook......I have had many requests and several years ago tried to order 100,000 but when the first came and they were not litewire.......I cancelled the order. I use Aberdeen when I want a lighter hook.

Every day you do not fish will be one day less you have to fish
Try heating the blue steel Mustads to break the temper and they will bend better.
Also use a smaller hook to snag less.
You can check the Ga Forum.......Offered to send you some free samples to try.
