    Thanks for the encouragement.
    Responses...he's not dripping because I walked him up and down the neighborhood showing him off, he was pretty dry by then. lol I've got more pictures, I'll be glad to share. I couldn't eat this one, I had the 1.11 in the freezer (whole) thinking I was going to put him on the wall. I'm now thinking about a double mount they're both in the freezer. The 1.9 is in the freezer too, but he's two nice filets.
