I fish jig n float a lot. Have a St. Croix Premier 8'6 light moderate that is by far my favorite, paired with a pfluger supreme...... Also have the BnM float n fly 10ft rod paired with a pfluger president that I really like, not quite as nice as the St Croix but def a decent setup to pitch jig n float.

thx for the rod info. i have a couple of the pfluger supremes with a ton of miles on them, love these reels.
