Trained a few good cutting horses on one just like it. Had a flag on one and a Stuffed cow on the other. Good for teaching cutting horses not to run past the shoulder of a cow . Works great for teaching them to dig in to a stop and roll back with leg pressure.

I know nothing of horses except the manure shoveling part. what you stated here is what Billbob told me about the box.

We are poor dirt road folks ,we had two bicycle rims with a taunt rope looped between them and a flag on the rope. It requires elbow grease.
