I do not consider it a knock. It is built so if you happen to incounter a big catfish or nasty stump your day will not be ruined. Thanks for taking a look at the product. There are several people on this site using the product now so maybe they can chime in so I do not seem to be trying to sell my product on this site. Have a great day!

I am hoping Santa will bring me a set of rod holders but have looked at so many I can't make up my mind. If you have some pictures (close up including the mount) please post them. It would help me make up my mind. Thanks
    Birddog,

I pray that I may live to fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast I then most humbly pray. When in the Lord's great landing net and peacefully asleep. That in His mercy I be judged, BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP.

Your rod holders are made well. And I sure like them. AS you can adjust them any way you need to.
Plan on buying about 8 more next year.

I have holders from hitekstuff.com. Very good holder and some of the best people I have dealt with. They make a product that will hold up for many years of fishing.

    OK Pete,
Here ya go. Pictures of my boat with the Drift Master rod holders. They work great and you could catch a 50 pound catfish on them and it would not hurt them. If any one is interested, I have become a dealer for these and can get them shipped straight to your house. PM me or send an email to [email protected] for pricing.

Where did you get the crappie nibble holders? I love that. In my boat I always tip them over and then they get smashed into the carpet.

I made the crappie nibble holders out of a 1.5 inch pvc cap. I put them on a rail mount and put them between my rod holders. They work great in that location. Don't have to worry about some one spilling a jar all over the floor then stepping on them. It won't keep people from dropping one on the floor every now and then. But hey, a boat just would not look right if it did not have a crappie nibble stain on the floor. LOL

I don't have one crappiepappy. I had a couple of them on my other boat, but the sun faded them out pretty quick.
